RECIPE BUNDLES You can also purchase a recipe pack if you are interested in various recipes to compliment your fitness journey whether you are vegan (specialty). vegetarian, gluten free, or non-vegan. WORKOUT GUIDES + TRAINING PLANS Workout guides are available and should be repeated 2-4x before implementing a new plan. Customized plans are available upon request. Genevieve lives by the philosophy that you can optimally live a plant based vegan lifestyle on a budget. The common misconception is that a being a vegan is expensive. That is NOT true. Genevieve works with clients and their families to understand how to eat, when to eat, what to eat, how to shop, and how to budget based on their income. It is a known fact that if you have not been achieving optimal results with just fitness alone then you need to address your nutrition. You may have heard that fitness is just 20% of work. This is mostly true! You cannot outmaneuver bad nutrition! Being plant based is not a diet...it is a lifestyle! Genevieve previously procured an annual natural hair, health and wellness expo for several years that was held in Midtown, the cultural epicenter of Detroit. Speakers offered their expertise in various fields to educate locals about their hair, health and wellness which are all related. She has additionally also provided free seminars on natural hair health at the Detroit Public Library. Genevieve holds a B.S. of Business Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy and M.S. in Finance from the University of Dearborn. Genevieve is also Natural Hair Artist, Educator and Licensed Cosmetologist in the State of Michigan. She is a multi-talented creator with health, fitness, wellness, and overall well being at the core. Genevieve and her husband are Detroit born Millennials and parents to 3 children living a plant based vegan lifestyle.
